Vivid Dentistry texting program
These terms apply to text messages from Vivid Dentistry. If you consent to receive SMS messages from Vivid Dentistry, you agree to receive conversational messages, patient support, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and care-related communications at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. This consent does not authorize promotional marketing messages.
Optional consent
Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving dental care. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. You may choose to communicate with our office by phone instead. You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide; please tell us if your number changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communications with our office. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier with questions about those charges.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To resume messages, contact our office to provide fresh consent. Opting out of texts does not affect your access to dental care.
Help and support
Reply HELP for help, or call our office at the number below. For questions about an appointment, contact us directly. Text messaging is not continuously monitored and should not be used for urgent or emergency care.
Delivery and safety
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please avoid sending sensitive medical, insurance, or payment information by ordinary text. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and texting consent. We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here. Any new message purpose that requires additional consent will require that consent before messages are sent.
